A new ad campaign recently launched in communities across the province to encourage Manitobans to boost their recycling rates. The “Clean Up Your Act” campaign acknowledges that many Manitobans already recycle, but challenges them to go even further and recycle everything they can.

Take one slaughtered cow, a murdered Mountie, toss in a washing machine and a broken piano and what do you get? Well, the 21st season of Theatre Projects Manitoba, of course. Two dynamic plays, Almighty Voice and His Wife, a Native Earth Performing Arts production written by Daniel David Moses, and The Moonlight Sonata of Beethoven Blatz, written by Manitoba author Armin Wiebe, are on deck.
